THE JUNE "TOP GUN" AT ADRENALIN RUSH PAINTBALL WINNER IS
WES WHITTLE (TEAM LAND LORDZ)! Congratulations, Wes!
The Adrenalin Rush Paintball June "TOP GUN" was held June 22nd under
threatening skies and a forcast for rain. Weather uncertainty kept some from arriving on time
and "Game On" was delayed almost an hour while everyone showed.
After a player/ref meeting to go over the rules was completed the tournament got under way.
A double rotation ended just before the lights came on at dark. We had only
a couple of incidents in scorekeeping to correct, mostly due to the new bunker locations and points
awarded to them, but the tournament went smoothly, thanks to great reffing
and player participation! Wes showed what he was made of by
outgunning his opponents and coming from a third place standing
after the first rotation to capture first place with a commanding 2,010 overall points to win!
The top three finishers were awarded prizes as follows:
1. Wes Whittle (Land Lordz) - 2,010 Points - Dye Boomstick Barrel
2. Pete (MisGuided Children) - 1,820 Points - New Mardi Gras 2002 Video
3. Chris - 1,510 Points - New Raven Jersey
